أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَحْرٍ الْعَطَّارُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ، نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ " فَرَضَ لِامْرَأَةٍ وَخَادِمِهَا اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ دِرْهَمًا لِلْمَرْأَةِ ثَمَانِيَةٌ وَلِلْخَادِمِ أَرْبَعٌ وَدِرْهَمًا مِنَ الثَّمَانِيَةِ لِلْقُطْنِ وَالْكَتَّانِ " هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ ضَعِيفٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he fixed twelve dirhams for a woman and her servant: eight dirhams for the woman and four dirhams for the servant, and of the eight, one dirham was for cotton and linen. Its chains are weak.
