Bayhaqi 12259 — One of these who does not inherit does not exclude

Anas bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The people of two religions will never inherit from one another, and one who does not inherit will not exclude (others) as a hajib either.
