قَالَ: وَأنا يَزِيدُ، أنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، وَزَيْدٌ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: " الْمُشْرِكُ لَا يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ " وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: " يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ ".
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A polytheist neither excludes (others) nor inherits.
Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "He excludes (others), but he does not inherit."
Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "He excludes (others), but he does not inherit."
