باب: المسافر يتيمم في أول الوقت إذا لم يجد ماء ويصلي ثم لا يعيد وإن وجد الماء في آخر الوقت
Chapter: A traveller who finds no water performs tayammum at the start of the time and prays, and does not repeat it even if he finds water at the end of the time

أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ مَوْلَى إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ مَنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَعْنَاهُ.
It is narrated from Ata bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) that two men were from among the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and then he narrated something with the same meaning.
