أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ، أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ: قَالَ نَافِعٌ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: " الْعَبْدُ وَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مَالِهِ ".
Nafi' said that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: The slave and his property belong to the master, and there is no sin on the master in whatever he takes from his slave's property.
