Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ibn Umar, Marwan and Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them) all gave a ruling to Ibn Huzabah al-Makhzumi, when he fell from his mount on the road to Makkah while in the state of ihram, that he should take whatever treatment was necessary and pay a ransom for it; when he recovered, he should perform Umrah and then exit his ihram, but he would have to perform Hajj the following year and offer a sacrifice.
