وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ بَيْضِ النَّعَامِ يُصِيبُهُ الْمُحْرِمُ فَأَخْبَرَنَا، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ هَذَا هُوَ الْمَحْفُوظُ. وَقِيلَ فِيهِ: عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ.
Abd al-Wahhab (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about ostrich eggs that a person in ihram damages, and he narrated it to us from Matar, mentioning it with the same meaning.
