«لا يزني الزاني حين يزني وهو مؤمن ولا يسرق السارق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن ولا يشرب الخمر حين يشربها وهو مؤمن والتوبة معروضة بعد»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The adulterer is not a believer at the time he commits adultery, the thief is not a believer at the time he steals, and the drinker is not a believer at the time he drinks wine; and after that, the door of repentance remains open."
