«إن ملكا أتاني فقال: إن ربك يقول لك: أما ترضى أن لا يصلي عليك أحد من أمتك إلا صليت عليه عشرا ولا يسلم عليك إلا سلمت عليه عشرا؟ قلت: بلى»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, an angel came to me and said: Indeed, your Lord says to you: Are you not pleased that no one from your Ummah sends blessings (salat) upon you once except that I send ten mercies upon him, and no one sends salutations (salam) upon you once except that I send peace upon him ten times? I said: Certainly (I am pleased)."
