«إن الله حرم على أمتي الخمر والميسر والمزر والكوبة والغبيراء وزادني صلاة الوتر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Indeed, Allah Almighty has made unlawful for my Ummah wine, gambling, barley liquor (al-mizr), the drum (al-kubah) and millet liquor (al-ghubayra'), and He has granted me the additional Witr prayer."
