Muhammad bin Ali Ibn al-Hanafiyyah narrates from Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was suffering from a severe fever. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Shall I not teach you the supplication that Jibril (peace be upon him) taught me for ruqyah?" I said: Certainly, O Messenger of Allah! So he (peace and blessings be upon him) taught him this supplication: 'Bismillahi arqika, wallahu yashfika, min kulli da'in yu'dhika. Khudhha falta-hnika' (In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, and Allah will cure you of every illness that harms you. Take it, and may it be pleasant (and a means of healing) for you).
