حدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق الفقيه، أخبرنا بِشْر بن موسى، حدثنا الحُميدي. وحدثنا علي بن عيسى، حدثنا محمد بن عمرو الحَرَشيّ، حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى. وحدثنا محمد بن الحسن، حدثنا هارون بن يوسف، حدثنا ابن أبي عمر؛ قالوا: حدثنا سفيان - واللفظ للحُمَيدي - حدثنا الزُّهْري، حدثني عُروة بن الزُّبير قال: سمعت كُرْز بن علقمة يقول: سأل رجلٌ النبيَّ ﷺ فقال: يا رسول الله، هل للإسلام من مُنتهًى؟ فقال رسول الله ﷺ: "نَعَم، أيُّما أهلِ بيتٍ من العرب والعَجَم أراد اللهُ بهم خيرًا، أَدخلَ عليهم الإسلامَ، ثمَّ تقع الفتنُ كأنها الظُّلَلُ" (3). تابعه مَعمَرُ (4) بن راشد ويونسُ بن يزيد عن الزهري. أما حديث مَعمَر:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Kurz bin Alqamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "O Messenger of Allah! Does Islam have an end?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes. Any household of the Arabs or non-Arabs for whom Allah intends good, He brings Islam into it. Then (after that) trials will occur like the shadows of (dark) clouds."

(3) إسناده صحيح. الحميدي: هو عبد الله بن الزبير الحميدي، ويحيى بن يحيى: هو النيسابوري، وابن أبي عمر: هو محمد بن يحيى بن أبي عمر العَدَني، وسفيان: هو ابن عيينة.
Grading: Its chain is sahih.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): The narrators in the chain are identified as follows: al-Humaydi is "Abd Allah bin al-Zubayr al-Humaydi", Yahya bin Yahya is "Yahya bin Yahya al-Naysaburi", Ibn Abi Umar is "Muhammad bin Yahya bin Abi Umar al-Adani", and Sufyan is "Sufyan bin Uyaynah".
