حدَّثَناه يحيى بن منصور القاضي، حدثنا علي بن عبد العزيز، حدثنا إسحاق بن إسماعيل الطَّالْقاني، حدثنا جرير. وحدثنا محمد بن صالح بن هانئ، حدثنا إبراهيم بن أبي طالب ومحمد بن شاذان قالا: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم، أخبرنا جرير، عن منصور، عن رِبْعي، عن علي، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "لا يؤمنُ عبدٌ حتَّى يؤمن بأربعٍ: يشهدُ أن لا إلهَ إلَّا الله وحده لا شريكَ له، وأنِّي رسول الله بَعَثَني بالحقّ، وأنه مبعوثٌ بعد الموت، ويؤمنُ بالقَدَرِ كلِّه" (2).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A servant cannot be a believer until he believes in four things: that he bears witness that there is no god but Allah, alone, without partner, and that I am the Messenger of Allah whom He has sent with the truth; and that he will be raised again after death; and that he believes in destiny (qadar) in its entirety."

(2) إسناده صحيح. جرير: هو ابن عبد الحميد. ¤ ¤ وأخرجه أبو يعلى (583) عن أبي خيثمة زهير بن حرب عن جرير، بهذا الإسناد.
