Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-Hajj has been given superiority (over the other surahs of the Qur'an) through two prostrations; so whoever does not perform these two prostrations should not recite it."
Imam al-Hakim says that Ibn Lahi'ah is in its chain.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
28/ (17364). Grading: (3) It is "hasan" by virtue of its routes and supporting reports, except for the phrase: "Whoever does not perform these two prostrations should not recite them". There is criticism of this chain, as clarified in Musnad Ahmad (28/17364). (3512). Reference / Source: Ahmad (17364, 17412), Abu Dawud (1402) and al-Tirmidhi (578) narrated it through routes from Ibn Lahi'ah. Al-Tirmidhi said that its chain is not very strong. It will come later at number (3512).
