It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, on the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will call out a man from my Ummah and single him out before all of creation. Then ninety-nine registers (of his deeds) will be spread out before him, each register like this. Then Allah will say: 'Do you deny anything of this? Have My recording guardians (the angels) wronged you?' He will say: 'No, my Lord.' Then Allah will say: 'Do you have any excuse?' He will say: 'No, my Lord.' Then Allah will say: 'Yes indeed, one good deed of yours is preserved with Us, and no injustice will be done to you today.' So a slip of paper will be brought out on which is written: 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh' (I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is His servant and His Messenger). The man will say: 'My Lord, what is this little slip compared to these huge registers?' Allah will say: '(Be assured,) you will not be wronged.'" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then all the registers will be placed in one pan of the scale and that slip in the other, and the registers will fly up (in lightness) and the slip will be heavy, for nothing is heavier than the name of Allah."
This is a hadith that has not been recorded in the "Two Sahihs", and it is sahih on the condition of Imam Muslim, since he used Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli from Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As as evidence; Amir bin Yahya is a trustworthy Egyptian narrator, al-Layth bin Sa'd is an Imam, and Yunus al-Mu'addib is a trustworthy narrator whose narrations are agreed upon for inclusion in the "Two Sahihs".
