أخبرنا أبو بكر محمد بن عبد الله بن الجرّاح العَدْل بمَرُو، حدثنا يحيى بن ساسَوَيهِ، حدثنا علي بن حُجْر، حدثنا داود بن الزِّبْرِقان، عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد، عن الشَّعبي، عن مُرّة الهَمْداني: أنَّ ابن مسعود سُئل عن قوله ﷿: ﴿وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا﴾، قال: وإن منكم إلَّا داخِلُها ﴿كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا﴾ ثم يُنجِّي الله الذين اتقوا ويذرُ الظالمين فيها جِثِيًّا (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Murrah al-Hamdani that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about this saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: "And there is none of you except he will come to it" [Surah Maryam: 71], and he said: "And there is none of you except he will enter it." "This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed" [Surah Maryam: 71]. (Then he said:) "Then Allah will save those who were pious and leave the wrongdoers in it on their knees."
The chain of this hadith is sahih (authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(1) إسناده ضعيف جدًّا من أجل داود بن الزبرقان، فإنه متروك الحديث.
Grading: This chain is "very weak" (da'if jiddan) because of Dawud bin al-Zibriqan, since he is "matruk al-hadith" (abandoned in hadith).
وأخرجه الطبري في "تفسيره" 16/ 110 من طريق الحسين بن داود سُنيد، عن داود بن الزبرقان قال: سمعت السدي يذكر عن مُرّة الهمداني عن ابن مسعود.
Reference / Source: Al-Tabari narrated it in his "Tafsir" (16/110) via al-Husayn bin Dawud Sunayd, from Dawud bin al-Zibriqan, who said: I heard al-Suddi mentioning it from Murrah al-Hamdani, from Ibn Mas'ud.
