فحدَّثَناه أبو النَّضر الفقيه وأبو الحسن العَنَزي قالا: حدثنا عثمان بن سعيد الدارمي، حدثنا عبد الله بن صالح المِصري، حدثني الليث، حدثني عُقَيل، عن ابن شِهاب، أخبرني طلحة بن عبد الله بن عوف، أنَّ عِياضَ بن مُسافِع أخبره، أَنَّ أبا بَكْرة أخا زيادٍ لأمِّه أخبره: أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قام فخَطَبَ فَأَثنى على الله بما هو أهلُه، ثم قال: "أما بعدُ، فقد أكثرتُم في شأنِ مُسيلِمة، وإنه كذَّابٌ من جُمْلة ثلاثينَ كذّابًا يخرجون قبلَ الدَّجال" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه. وقد رواه سعدُ بن إبراهيم الزُّهْري عن أبيه عن أبي بَكْرة مختصرًا:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up and delivered an address in which he praised Allah Almighty as is His due, then said: "To proceed: you have said a great deal about Musaylimah. He is indeed one of the thirty liars who will appear before the emergence of the Dajjal."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

Grading: Like the preceding hadith, it is "sahih li-ghayrihi" (authentic through supporting evidence).
وأخرجه أحمد 34/ (20464) عن حجاج بن محمد المصيصي، عن الليث بن سعد، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad narrated it in (34/20464) by way of Hajjaj bin Muhammad al-Massisi from al-Layth bin Sa'd, with this same chain.
Grading: Like the preceding hadith, it is "sahih li-ghayrihi" (authentic through supporting evidence).
