أخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن الحسن القاضي بهَمَذان، حدثنا إبراهيم بن الحُسين، حدثنا آدم بن أبي إياس، حدثنا شُعْبة، عن سِمَاك بن حَرْب قال: سمعت جابر بن سَمُرة يقول: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: "لتَفتَحَنَّ لكم كنوزَ كِسْرى الأبيضَ - أو الذي في الأبيض - عِصابةٌ من المسلمين" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه!

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A group of the Muslims will certainly conquer the white treasure of Kisra (Chosroes) - or he said: the treasure that is in the White Palace."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

(1) حديث صحيح، عبد الرحمن بن الحسن القاضي - وإن كان فيه ضعف - لم ينفرد به، ومن فوقه ثقات غير سماك بن حرب فصدوق حسن الحديث، وقد توبع.
Grading: The hadith is sahih; 'Abd al-Rahman bin al-Hasan al-Qadi, although there is weakness in him, is not alone in narrating it, and those above him are trustworthy, except Simak bin Harb, who is saduq and hasan in hadith, and he has been corroborated.
وأخرجه أحمد 34/ (20987)، ومسلم (2919) (78) من طريق محمد بن جعفر، وابن حبان (6687) من طريق معاذ بن معاذ العنبري، كلاهما عن شعبة، بهذا الإسناد. فاستدراك الحاكم له ذهولٌ منه.
References: Ahmad (34/20987) and Muslim (2919) (78) recorded it through Muhammad bin Ja'far, and Ibn Hibban (6687) through Mu'adh bin Mu'adh al-'Anbari, both of them from Shu'bah, with this chain.
Important point: So al-Hakim's inclusion of it as an addition (istidrak) is an oversight on his part.
وأخرجه أحمد (20821) و (20946) و (20996)، ومسلم (2919) (78) من طرق عن سماك بن حرب، به. قال جابر بن سمرة - في رواية إسرائيل عن سماك عند أحمد -: فكنت فيهم فأصابني ألف درهم.
Reference and text: Ahmad (20821), (20946) and (20996) and Muslim (2919) (78) recorded it through several routes from Simak bin Harb, with it. In the narration of Isra'il from Simak with Ahmad, Jabir bin Samurah said: "I was among them, and I received one thousand dirhams."
وأخرجه أحمد (20805)، ومسلم (1822) من طريق عامر بن سعد بن أبي وقاص، عن جابر بن سمرة.
Reference: Ahmad (20805) and Muslim (1822) recorded it through 'Amir bin Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas, from Jabir bin Samurah.
الأبيض: هو قصر كسرى.
Note / Clarification: "Al-Abyad" (the White) is the palace of Kisra (Chosroes).
