وقد حَدَّثَناه مُكرَم بن أحمد القاضي، حدثنا جعفر بن محمد بن شاكر. وحدثنا علي بن حَمْشاذَ العَدْل، حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق وإسحاق بن الحسن الحَرْبيّان؛ قالوا: أخبرنا عفَّانُ بن مُسلِم، حدثنا حماد بن زيد، عن علي بن زيد بن جدعان، عن أبي نَضْرة قال: أَمَّنَا عثمانُ بن أبي العاص؛ ثم ذكر الحديث مثله سواء، ولم يَذكُر (4) أيوب، والله أعلم.

It is narrated from Abu Nadrah that Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) led us in prayer; then he narrated exactly this same hadith, but he did not mention Ayyub in it. And Allah knows best.
