حَدَّثَنَا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الشَّيباني، حَدَّثَنَا يحيى بن محمد بن يحيى، حَدَّثَنَا مُسدَّد، حَدَّثَنَا مُلازِم بن عمرو. وحدثنا أحمد بن إسحاق الفقيه وأحمد بن جعفر القَطِيعي، قالا: حَدَّثَنَا عبد الله بن أحمد بن حَنبَل، حدثني أَبي، حَدَّثَنَا عليّ بن المَدِيني، حَدَّثَنَا مُلازِم بن عمرو، حَدَّثَنَا عبد الله بن بَدْر، عن قيس بن طَلْق، عن أبيه: أنه لَدغَتْه عقربٌ عند النَّبِيّ ﷺ، فرَقَاه النَّبِيّ ﷺ ومَسحَ بيدِه (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

Qays bin Talq narrates from his father that he was stung by a scorpion in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited ruqyah over him and wiped (the affected place) with his blessed hand.
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

(1) إسناده حسن من أجل قيس بن طلق. وهو في "مسند أحمد" 26/ (16298).
Grading: Its chain is "hasan" because of Qays bin Talq. It is in "Musnad Ahmad" 26/ (16298).
وأخرجه ابن حبان (6093) من طريق محمد بن عبد الملك بن أبي الشوارب، عن ملازم بن عمرو، بهذا الإسناد.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: Ibn Hibban (6093) narrated it through the route of Muhammad bin 'Abd al-Malik bin Abi al-Shawarib, from Mulazim bin 'Amr, with this same chain.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan" because of Qays bin Talq. It is in "Musnad Ahmad" 26/ (16298).
