وقد حدَّثَناه أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا أحمد بن عبد الجبار، حدثنا أبو معاوية، عن أبي إسحاق الشَّيباني، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسولُ الله ﷺ: "لا يُباشِرِ الرجلُ الرجلَ، ولا المرأةُ المرأةَ" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط البخاري، فقد أجمعا على صحّة هذا الحديث.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No man should touch the body of another man (at the private parts), nor should a woman touch the body of another woman."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Bukhari, and the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) have agreed on the authenticity of this hadith.

(2) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن من أجل أحمد بن عبد الجبار - وهو العطاردي وقد توبع أبو معاوية: هو محمد بن خازم الضرير، وأبو إسحاق الشيباني: هو سليمان بن أبي سليمان.
Grading: The hadith is sahih.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): This chain is hasan on account of Ahmad bin Abd al-Jabbar al-Utaridi, and he has been corroborated.
Note / Clarification: Abu Mu'awiyah means Muhammad bin Khazim al-Darir, and Abu Ishaq al-Shaybani means Sulayman bin Abi Sulayman.
وأخرجه الطبراني في "الأوسط" (8807)، و "الصغير" (1094)، والآجري في "ذم اللواط" (20) من طريقين عن أسد بن موسى، عن أبي معاوية الضرير، بهذا الإسناد وقال الطبراني: لم يروه عن الشيباني إلّا أبو معاوية، تفرد به أسد بن موسى.
Reference / Source: Al-Tabarani narrated it in "al-Awsat" (8807) and "al-Saghir" (1094), and al-Ajurri in "Dhamm al-Liwat" (20), by two routes from Asad bin Musa, via Abu Mu'awiyah al-Darir.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Tabarani says that no one narrated it from al-Shaybani except Abu Mu'awiyah, and Asad bin Musa is alone in narrating it.
وأخرجه أحمد 4/ (2773) و 5 (2871)، وابن حبان (5582) من طريق إسرائيل بن يونس عن سماك بن حرب، عن عكرمة به.
Reference / Source: Ahmad (4/ 2773 and 5/ 2871) and Ibn Hibban (5582) narrated it by the route of Isra'il bin Yunus, via Simak bin Harb, from Ikrimah.
وخالف إسرائيلَ حسنُ بن صالح بن حي، فرواه عن سماك عن عكرمة مرسلًا، أخرجه أحمد 5/ (2872).
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Hasan bin Salih bin Hayy contradicted Isra'il bin Yunus and narrated it from Simak, via Ikrimah, as "mursal", as in Musnad Ahmad (5/ 2872).
