حدثنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا إبراهيم بن عبد الله السَّعدي، حدثنا بِشر بن عمر الزَّهراني. قال (1): وحدثنا يحيى بن محمد بن يحيى، حدثنا أبو الوليد؛ قالا: حدثنا شُعبة، عن سليمان وحُصَين ومنصور وقَتَادة، سمعوا سالمَ بن أبي الجَعْد يحدِّثُ عن جابر بن عبد الله، عن النبيِّ ﷺ، مثلَه (2).

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates the like of it from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

(1) القائل هو أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الأخرم.
Important point: The one who said this is Abu 'Abdullah Muhammad bin Ya'qub al-Akhram.
(2) إسناده صحيح كسابقه. أبو الوليد الطيالسي: هو هشام بن عبد الملك.
Grading: Its chain is sahih, like the previous narration.
Note / Clarification: Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi refers to Hisham bin 'Abd al-Malik.
وأخرجه البخاري (3114) عن أبي الوليد الطيالسي وحده، بهذا الإسناد. ليس معهم حصين بن عبد الرحمن.
Reference / Source: Imam al-Bukhari (3114) narrated it from Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi (Hisham bin 'Abd al-Malik) alone, with this same chain, and Husayn bin 'Abd al-Rahman is not with them.
