Nu'aym al-Mujmir narrates: I was behind Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him). He recited "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful", then recited Surah al-Fatihah until, when he reached "nor of those who go astray," he said "Amin," and the people also said "Amin." He would say "Allahu akbar" at every prostration, and after giving the salam he said: "By the One in whose Hand is my soul, of all of you my prayer most closely resembles the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.
