It is narrated from the Mother of the Believers, Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" in the prayer and counted it as one verse, then "All praise is for Allah, the Lord of all the worlds" as the second, "The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" as the third, "Master of the Day of Judgement" as the fourth, and at "You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help" he gathered his five fingers (that is, he counted it as the fifth verse).
Imam al-Hakim says: I have mentioned it as a supporting report (shahid).

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is very weak (da'if jiddan). Technical note / Defect ('illah): Regarding the narrator Umar bin Harun, al-Dhahabi said in 'al-Talkhis' that the scholars are agreed on his weakness, and al-Nasa'i declared him 'matruk' (abandoned).
