(1) حسن لغيره، وهذا إسناد محتمل للتحسين عبد الله بن أبي مساور - وقيل: ابن مساور - لم نقف على راوٍ عنه غير عبد الملك بن أبي بشير، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
Grading: This narration is "hasan li-ghayrihi", and this chain can possibly be graded hasan.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): We did not find any narrator from 'Abdullah bin Abi Musawir - or Ibn Musawir - other than 'Abd al-Malik bin Abi Bashir, and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in "al-Thiqat".
وأخرجه البخاريّ في "التاريخ الكبير" 5/ 195، وتمام في "الفوائد" (1262)، والبيهقي في "السنن الكبرى" 3/ 10، وفي "الشعب" (9089) من طريق أبي أحمد الزبيريّ، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by Imam al-Bukhari in "al-Tarikh al-Kabir" (5/ 195), Tammam in "al-Fawa'id" (1262), and al-Bayhaqi in "al-Sunan al-Kubra" (3/ 10) and "Shu'ab al-Iman" (9089), via the route of Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri, with this same chain.
وأخرجه ابن أبي شيبة 11/ 24، وهناد في "الزهد" (1044)، وعبد بن حميد (694)، والبخاري في "الأدب المفرد" (112) وفي "التاريخ" 5/ 195، والمروزي في "تعظيم قدر الصلاة" (629)، وأبو يعلى (2699)، والطحاوي في "شرح معاني "الآثار" 1/ 28، والطبراني في "الكبير" (12741)، وابن أبي الدنيا في "مكارم الأخلاق" (347)، والبيهقي في "السنن" 10/ 3، وفي "الشعب" (3117) و (5272)، والضياء في "المختارة" (11/ 121) من طرق عن سفيان الثَّوري، به.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah (11/ 24), Hannad in "al-Zuhd" (1044), 'Abd bin Humayd (694), al-Bukhari in "al-Adab al-Mufrad" (112) and "al-Tarikh" (5/ 195), al-Marwazi in "Ta'zim Qadr al-Salah" (629), Abu Ya'la (2699), al-Tahawi in "Sharh Ma'ani al-Athar" (1/ 28), al-Tabarani in "al-Mu'jam al-Kabir" (12741), Ibn Abi al-Dunya in "Makarim al-Akhlaq" (347), al-Bayhaqi in "al-Sunan" (10/ 3) and "Shu'ab al-Iman" (3117, 5272), and al-Diya' al-Maqdisi in "al-Mukhtarah" (11/ 121), via various routes from Sufyan al-Thawri, with this same chain.
وأخرجه المروزي (628)، وابن عديّ في "الكامل" 2/ 218) من طريق حكيم بن جبير، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس بنحوه. وحكيم ضعيف.
Reference / Source: It was narrated in similar form by al-Marwazi (628) and Ibn 'Adi in "al-Kamil" (2/ 218) via the route of Hakim bin Jubayr, from Sa'id bin Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).
Technical note / Defect ('illah): And Hakim (who is in the chain) is da'if (weak).
وفي الباب عن أنس بن مالك بلفظ: "ليس المؤمن الذي يبيت شبعانَ وجاره طاوٍ"، أخرجه البزار (7429)، وسنده حسن في المتابعات والشواهد.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: On this topic there is a narration from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) with the wording: "He is not a believer who spends the night with a full stomach while his neighbour is hungry." It was narrated by al-Bazzar (7429), and its chain is hasan for the purposes of corroborating chains and supporting reports.
وعن ابن عمر بلفظ: "كم من جار يتعلق بجاره يوم القيامة، يقول: يا ربِّ أغلقَ عني بابه، ومنعني فضله، أخرجه الحسين المروزي في زوائد البر والصلة لابن المبارك (251)، والبخاري في "الأدب المفرد" (111)، وسنده حسن.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: And from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) there is a narration with the wording: "How many a neighbour will cling to his neighbour on the Day of Resurrection, saying: O my Lord, he shut his door to me and withheld his surplus from me." It was narrated by al-Husayn al-Marwazi in "Zawa'id al-Birr wa al-Silah" (251) and by Imam al-Bukhari in "al-Adab al-Mufrad" (111), and its chain is hasan.
وعن الحسن البصري مرسلًا بلفظ: "ألا هل عسى رجل يبيت وفِصاله رواء، وجارُه طاوٍ إلى جنبه"، أخرجه ابن المبارك في "الزهد" (779)، وسنده إلى الحسن حسن.
Corroborating chains and supporting reports: And from al-Hasan al-Basri it is narrated as mursal with the wording: "Can it be that a man spends the night while his young camels are well-watered and his neighbour beside him is hungry?" It was narrated by Ibn al-Mubarak in "al-Zuhd" (779), and its chain up to al-Hasan al-Basri is hasan.
