حدثنا أبو العباس، أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله، أخبرنا ابن وهب، أخبرني مالك بن خَيْر الزَّبَادِي، أَنَّ مالك بن سعد التُّجيبي حدثه، أنه سمع عبدَ الله بن عباس يقول: إنَّ رسول الله ﷺ أتاه جبريلُ ﵇ فقال: "يا محمدُ، إِنَّ الله لعنَ الخمرَ وعاصرَها ومُعتصِرَها، وحاملَها والمحمولةَ إليه، وشاربَها وبائعَها ومُبتاعَها، وساقيَها ومُسقَاها" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Jibril (peace be upon him) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)! Indeed, Allah Almighty has cursed wine, the one who presses it, the one for whom it is pressed, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who drinks it, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who serves it and the one to whom it is served."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

(1) صحيح لغيره، وهذا إسناد حسن من أجل مالك بن خير الزَّبادي - بالموحدة - وشيخِه مالك بن سعد التجيبي. ابن وهب: هو عبد الله.
Grading: It is "sahih li-ghayrihi" (authentic due to supporting reports).
Technical note / Defect ('illah): This chain is "hasan" because of Malik bin Khayr al-Zabadi (with the letter ba') and his shaykh Malik bin Sa'd al-Tujibi.
Note / Clarification: Ibn Wahb is 'Abdullah bin Wahb.
وأخرجه ابن حبان (5356) من طريق يزيد بن موهب عن ابن وهب عن حيوة بن شريح، عن مالك بن خير، بهذا الإسناد. فزاد فيه بين ابن وهب ومالك حيوةَ بن شريح، وسلف عند المصنف برقم (2265) من طريق عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ عن حيوة بن شريح عن مالك بن خير.
Reference / Source: Ibn Hibban recorded it (5356) by way of Yazid bin Mawhab, from Ibn Wahb, from Haywah bin Shurayh, from Malik bin Khayr, with this chain.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): In this narration "Haywah bin Shurayh" is added between Ibn Wahb and Malik; and it has already passed with the author (al-Hakim) under number (2265) by way of 'Abdullah bin Yazid al-Muqri', from Haywah bin Shurayh, from Malik bin Khayr.
