It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would seat someone behind him (on his mount), would place his food on the ground and eat, would accept the invitation of a slave, and would ride a donkey.
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
