It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The finest meat is the meat of the back."
This narration is sahih (authentic) through both chains, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: This chain is weak because the "man from Fahm" is unknown (majhul), and because of Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid. Note / Clarification: Although Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid al-Himmani is weak, he has corroboration (mutaba'ah). Note / Clarification: Al-Husayn bin Mus'ab al-Nakha'i is in fact al-Husayn bin Ali bin Mus'ab al-Nakha'i, who has been attributed to his grandfather. Reference / Source: It was narrated by al-Bazzar (2262) through the route of Yusuf bin Musa from Jarir bin Abd al-Hamid.
