It is narrated from Muhammad bin Sirin that Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When you hear in a hadith 'He used to say', then the one meant is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)."

Technical note / Defect ('illah): Manuscripts (M) and (S) have "kana yuqal", while we have kept the text according to manuscripts (Z) and (B).
Grading: This chain is very weak. Technical note / Defect ('illah): Baqiyyah bin al-Walid is not strong, and his shaykh Sulayman bin Arqam is a "matruk" narrator.
