Mustadrak al-Hakim 571 — What to say when coming out of the toilet

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out after relieving himself, he would say: 'Ghufranak' ((O Allah,) I seek Your forgiveness).
