أخبرنا الشيخ أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أخبرنا إسماعيل بن قُتيبة، حدَّثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نُمير، قال: ومات أبيٌّ في خلافة عُمر سنة اثنتين وعشرين (1).
Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numayr narrates that Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) died during the caliphate of Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) in the year 22 AH.
