فحدّثنا محمد بن الحسن، حدثنا علي بن عبد العزيز، حدثنا حجّاج بن مِنْهال، حدثنا حماد بن سَلَمة، عن علي بن زيد، عن سعيد بن المُسيّب، قال: رُفع عيسى ابن مريم وهو ابن ثلاثٍ وثلاثين سنة، ومات معاذُ بن جَبَل وهو ابن ثلاثٍ وثلاثين سنة (1).

Sa'id bin al-Musayyib says that Isa (peace be upon him) was raised (to the heavens) at the age of thirty-three, and Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) also passed away at the age of thirty-three.

Grading: (1) Its chain is weak.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): The reason is the weakness of 'Ali bin Zayd (bin Jud'an).
وأخرجه ابن سعد 3/ 546 و 9/ 393، وأحمد في "العلل" برواية ابنه عبد الله (1100)، وابن أبي عاصم في "الآحاد والمثاني" (1826)، ومحمد بن خلف وكيعٌ في "أخبار القضاة" 1/ 100، وأبو بكر الدِّينوري في "المجالسة" (2833)، وأبو نعيم في "معرفة الصحابة" (5945)، وابن عساكر 47/ 484 و 58/ 458 من طرق عن حماد بن سلمة، به.

وأخرجه أبو القاسم البغوي في "معجم الصحابة" 5/ 278، والطبراني 20/ (42)، وأبو نعيم في "المعرفة" (5944)، وابن عبد البر في "الاستيعاب" ص 652، وابن عساكر 58/ 458 و 458 - 459 من طريق هُشَيم بن بشير، عن علي بن زيد، به. غير أنه قال: ابن ثلاث أو أربع وثلاثين سنة.
