It is narrated from the Mother of the Believers, Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), that she said: "I have not seen anyone who resembled the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) more than Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) in manner of speech and conversation. Whenever she came to him (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) would welcome her, stand up in her honour, take her hand and kiss it, and seat her in his own place."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): The words "haddathana Muhammad" have dropped out of our manuscripts, which gives the false impression that the words after it are part of the name of Muhammad bin Ya'qub, whereas in fact Muhammad bin Ya'qub is narrating from "Muhammad bin Ishaq al-Saghani". In al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar's "Ithaf al-Mahara" (23110) this name is given correctly, and likewise it is correctly mentioned in al-Bayhaqi's "al-Sunan al-Kubra" (7/ 101), which he narrated from Abu 'Abd Allah al-Hakim.
Grading: The chain of this hadith is sahih. Note / Clarification: The narrator "Isra'il" is Isra'il bin Yunus bin Abi Ishaq al-Sabi'i. Reference / Source: This hadith was recorded by Abu Dawud (5217), al-Tirmidhi (3872), al-Nasa'i (8311 and 9193) and Ibn Hibban (6953) via various routes from 'Uthman bin 'Umar al-'Abdi, with this chain. With them this narration is long, like the one coming later at no. (7908). Grading: Imam al-Tirmidhi said: This hadith is "hasan sahih gharib", and in one manuscript: "hasan gharib". Reference / Source: Also al-Nasa'i (9192) narrated it at length in the same way via al-Nadr bin Shumayl from Isra'il. Reference / Source: And with the author (al-Hakim) this narration will come at nos. (4808) and (7908) via al-'Abbas al-Duri from 'Uthman bin 'Umar.
