It is narrated from Qays bin Abi Hazim that when Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reached one of the places of Banu Amir, the dogs there began barking at her. She asked: "What place is this?" The people said: This is the water of al-Haw'ab. She said: "I think that I will now turn back." Sayyiduna al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "No, rather go forward; the people will see you, and Allah will bring about reconciliation between them." She said again: "I think I will turn back, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'How will it be for one of you when the dogs of al-Haw'ab bark at her?'"
