كَرَمُ الْمُؤْمِنِ دِينُهُ وَمُرُوءَتُهُ عَقْلُهُ وَحَسَبُهُ خُلُقُهُ
The nobility of the believer is his religion, his dignity is his intellect and his standing is his character
Mustadrak al-Hakim 431 — The nobility of the believer is his religion
حدثنا أبو سعيد إسماعيل بن أحمد، حدثنا محمد بن حسين بن مُكرَم بالبصرة، حدثنا أحمد بن المِقْدام، حدثنا المعتمِر، عن عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي سعيد المَقبُري، عن جدِّه، عن أبي هريرة، أنَّ النبي ﷺ قال: "كرمُ المؤمن دينُه، ومُروءتُه عقلُه، وحَسَبُه خُلُقه" (1).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The nobility of a believer is his religion, his manliness (muru'ah) is his intellect, and his honour (the perfection of lineage) is his good character."

(1) إسناده ضعيف جدًّا، عبد الله بن سعيد المقبري، متروك، ووهَّاه الذهبي.
Grading: Its chain is "very weak" (da'if jiddan), because 'Abd Allah bin Sa'id al-Maqburi is a "matruk" (abandoned) narrator, and Imam al-Dhahabi also declared him extremely weak (wahin).
