Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 3991

It is narrated from Abu Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: "O company of young men! Take advantage (of your time). Hardly a night passes over me in which I do not recite a thousand verses; I recite Surah al-Baqarah in a single rak'ah; I fast in the sacred months, and three days of every month (the White Days), and Monday and Thursday." Then he recited this verse: "And as for the favour of your Lord, proclaim it" [Surah al-Duha: 11].
