أخبرني أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله بن دينار الزاهد، حدثنا الحسين بن الفَضْل، حدثنا محمد بن سابق، حدثنا إسرائيل، عن أبي إسحاق، عن التَّمِيمي، عن ابن عبَّاس في قوله ﷿: ﴿وَلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصٍ﴾ [ص: 3]، قال: ليس بحِينِ نَزْوٍ ولا فِرارٍ (2). صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And it was no time for escape" [Surah Sad: 3], that he said: What is meant by it is that it is not a time for leaping about or for taking the path of flight.
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(2) إسناده محتمل للتحسين من أجل التميمي شيخ أبي إسحاق السبيعي: واسمه أَربِدَة، وقد سلف بيان حاله عند الحديث (925).
Grading: It could possibly be graded "hasan" (tahsin) because of "al-Tamimi" (Arbidah).
وأخرجه الطبري في "تفسيره" 23/ 121 من طريق إسماعيل ابن عُليَّة، عن إسرائيل، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: It was recorded by al-Tabari (23/ 121) via Isma'il bin Ulayyah, from Isra'il, with this chain.
وأخرجه عبد الرزاق في "تفسيره" 2/ 160، وأبو حاتم الرازي في "الزهد" (36)، والطبري 23/ 121 من طرق عن أبي إسحاق، به.

وأخرجه الطبري أيضًا 23/ 121 بإسناد العوفيِّين إلى عطية بن سعد العوفي، عن ابن عبَّاس. وهو إسناد ضعيف.
Reference / Source: It was recorded by al-Tabari (23/ 121) with the chain of the Awfis, from Atiyyah al-Awfi, from Ibn Abbas, and this chain is "da'if" (weak).
