أخبرنا أحمد بن جعفر القَطِيعي، حدثنا عبد الله بن أحمد بن حنبل، حدثني أَبي. وأخبرنا أبو زكريا العَنبَري، حدثنا محمد بن عبد السلام، حدثنا إسحاق؛ قالا: أخبرنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا يونس بن سُلَيم، قال: أَملَى عليَّ يونسُ بن يزيد الأَيْلي صاحبُ الزُّهْري، عن ابن شِهاب، عن عُروة بن الزُّبير، عن عبد الرحمن بن عبدٍ القارِيِّ قال: سمعت عمرَ بن الخطَّاب يقول: كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا نَزَلَ عليه الوحيُ سُمِع عنده دَوِيٌّ كدَوِيِّ النَّحل، فمَكَثْنا ساعةً، فاستقبل القِبلَة ورفع يديه فقال: "اللهمَّ زِدْنا ولا تَنْقُصْنا، وأكرِمْنا ولا تُهِنَّا، وأعطِنا ولا تَحرِمْنا، وآثِرْنا ولا تُؤثِرْ علينا، وارضَ عنّا وأَرْضِنا"، ثم قال: "لقد أُنزِلَ عليَّ عشرُ آيات مَن أقامهنَّ دَخَلَ الجنة"، ثم قرأ: ﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ (1) الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ﴾ الآيات (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that when revelation descended upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), a sound like the humming of bees would be heard near him. We waited for a while; then he (peace and blessings be upon him) faced the Qiblah, raised his hands and made this supplication: 'Allahumma zidna wa la tanqusna, wa akrimna wa la tuhinna, wa a'tina wa la tahrimna, wa athirna wa la tu'thir alayna, wa arda anna wa ardina' (O Allah, give us more and do not decrease us; honour us and do not disgrace us; give to us and do not deprive us; prefer us and do not prefer (anyone else) over us; be pleased with us and make us pleased). Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ten verses have been revealed to me; whoever establishes them (in his life) will enter Paradise." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited from "Successful indeed are the believers, those who are humble in their prayer" [Surah al-Mu'minun: 1-2] up to (the tenth verse).

(1) إسناده ضعيف لجهالة يونس بن سُليم. إسحاق: هو ابن راهويه. وقد سلف برقم (1982) من طريق أحمد بن حنبل وإسحاق بن إبراهيم الدَّبري عن عبد الرزاق.
Grading: (1) Its chain is "da'if" because of the "jahalah" (unknown status) of Yunus bin Sulaym. Ishaq: Ibn Rahawayh. It has already passed at (1982) via Ahmad bin Hanbal and Ishaq al-Dabari from Abd al-Razzaq.
وأخرجه النسائي (1443) عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم - وهو ابن راهويه - بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Al-Nasa'i (1443) narrated it from Ishaq bin Ibrahim (Ibn Rahawayh) with this same chain.
