Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 3385

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "Allah Almighty will continue to accept intercession and admit people into Paradise, and to show mercy and accept intercession, until He says: Whoever is from among the Muslims, let him enter Paradise. That will be the time when the disbelievers say: 'The disbelievers will often wish that they had been Muslims' [Surah al-Hijr: 2]."
The chain of this hadith is sahih (authentic), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
