حدَّثَناه أبو علي الحسين بن علي الحافظ، أخبرنا إبراهيم بن محمد بن يحيى بن مَندَهْ الأصبهاني، حدثنا إبراهيم بن سَعْدان وأحمد بن عبد الواحد قالا: حدثنا بكر بن بكَّار، حدثنا حمزة الزيَّات، حدثنا الأعمش، عن رجل، عن مُصعَب بن سعد، عن أبيه، أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال نحوه (1). ثم نظرنا فوجدنا خالد بن مخلد أثبتَ وأحفظَ وأوثقَ من بكر بن بكار فحكمنا له بالزيادة. وقد رواه عبد الله بن عبد القُدُّوس عن الأعمش بإسناد آخر:

Sayyiduna Mus'ab bin Sa'd narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas, may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said something similar (to the previous hadith).
When we examined it, we found Khalid bin Makhlad to be firmer, of better memory and more reliable than Bakr bin Bakkar, so we ruled in favour of the addition he narrated (the extra narrator in the chain). Abdullah bin Abd al-Quddus also narrated it from al-A'mash with another chain.

Grading: This narration is also weak, like the one before it, and its narrator Bakr bin Bakkar is not strong.
وأخرجه أبو الشيخ في "طبقات المحدثين بأصبهان" (487) من طريق محمد بن النضر، عن بكر بن بكار، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Abu al-Shaykh al-Isfahani transmitted it in "Tabaqat al-Muhaddithin bi-Asbahan" (487) via Muhammad bin al-Nadr from Bakr bin Bakkar with this same chain.
