Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 314

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever enters this mosque of ours to learn or teach some good is like one who strives in the path of Allah; and whoever enters it for some other purpose is like a person looking at something that is not his property."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim); they both used all of its narrators as evidence but did not record it, and I know of no hidden defect ('illah) in it! Rather, it also has a third shahid (supporting narration) on the condition of both of them.
