حدَّثَناه أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الحافظ، حدثنا إبراهيم بن عبد الله السَّعْدي، حدثنا مُحاضِر بن المورِّع، حدثنا الأعمش، عن سعدٍ الطائي، عن عطيَّة ابن سعد، عن أبي سعيد الخُدْري قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "جَبرئيلُ عن يمينِه وميكائيلُ عن يسارِه، وهو صاحبُ الصُّور" (1).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Jibra'il is on his right and Mika'il is on his left, and he (Israfil) is the one with the Trumpet."
