Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 2999

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: I do not know how the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited (these words): "'utiyya" [Surah Maryam: 8, 69] or "juthiyya" [Surah Maryam: 68, 72], because both of these words are read with a dammah (on the 'ayn and the jim).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Bukhari, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
