It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) reciting "fa-rawhun wa rayhan" [Surah al-Waqi'ah: 89] "then (for him is) rest and fragrance" (that is, she heard the word "rawh" as "ruh", with a dammah on the ra').
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

Grading of the chain: Its chain is "sahih". Reference / Source: Ahmad (40/ 24352, 42/ 25785), Abu Dawud (3991), al-Tirmidhi (2938) and al-Nasa'i (11502) narrated it via various routes from Harun bin Musa, with this same chain. Al-Tirmidhi called it "hasan". In the first narration of Ahmad there is an explicit statement that the ra' in (فرُوحٌ) has a damma. Reference: This hadith will come later at number (3026) via Hammad bin Zayd, from Budayl. Reading (shadh): "فرُوحٌ" (with damma) is a shadh (irregular) reading, which Ibn Jinni mentioned in "al-Muhtasab" (2/ 310). The reading of the majority is (فرَوْح) with fatha on the ra'.
