لَا يُقَادُ مَمْلُوكٌ مِنْ مَالِكِهِ ، وَلَا وَالِدٌ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ

أخبرَناه أحمد بن كامل بن خَلَف القاضي، حدثنا أبو قِلابة. وحدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا إبراهيم بن مرزوق؛ قالا: حدثنا وهب بن جرير، أخبرنا شعبة، عن عُبيد أبي الحسن، قال: سمعتُ عبد الله بن مَعقِل، قال: كان على عائشة مُحرَّر من ولد إسماعيل، فأُتي رسولُ الله ﷺ بسَبْي من بني العَنْبر، فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ: "أعتِقِي من بني العنبر - أو من بني لِحْيان - ولا تُعتِقي من بني خَوْلان" (1). صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه. كتاب المكاتَب
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ma'qil (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was obliged to free a person from the descendants of Isma'il (peace be upon him). Then captives of Banu al-Anbar were brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Free one from Banu al-Anbar, or he said, from Banu Lihyan, and do not free one from Banu Khawlan."
This hadith has an authentic chain (sahih al-isnad), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(1) صحيح لغيره كسابقه. أبو قلابة: هو عبد الملك بن محمد الرَّقَاشي.
Grading: Like the previous hadith, this hadith is "sahih li-ghayrihi". Abu Qilabah is "Abd al-Malik bin Muhammad al-Raqashi".
وأخرجه الطحاوي في "شرح مشكل الآثار" (3913) عن إبراهيم بن مرزوق، بهذا الإسناد. لكنه قرن بوهب أبا داود الطيالسي.
Reference / Source: Al-Tahawi (3913) narrated it from Ibrahim bin Marzuq with this same chain, and paired Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi with Wahb.
