It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three people whom it is a right upon Allah Almighty to help: the mukatab slave who intends to pay (his ransom), the one who wages jihad in the path of Allah, and the one who marries intending to remain chaste."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
