الظُّلْمُ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُحْشَ وَالتَّفَحُّشَ وَالشُّحَّ
Injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection, and beware of obscenity, foul speech and stinginess

أخبرَناه أبو الحسين محمد بن أحمد القَنطَري، حدثنا أبو قِلَابة، حدثنا أبو عاصم، عن ابن عَجْلان. وحدثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق - واللفظ له - أخبرنا أحمد بن إبراهيم بن مِلْحان، حدثنا ابن بُكَير، حدثني الليث، عن محمد بن عَجْلان، عن سعيد بن أبي سعيد المقبُري، عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "إياكم والفُحْشَ والتفحُّشَ، فإنَّ الله لا يحبُّ الفاحشَ المتفحِّشَ، وإياكم والظُّلمَ فإنه هو الظُّلُماتُ يومَ القيامة، وإياكم والشُّحَّ، فإنه دعا مَن قَبلَكم فَسَفَكُوا دماءَهم، ودعا مَن قَبلَكم فَقَطَعُوا أرحامَهم، ودعا مَن قَبلَكم فاستَحلُّوا حُرُماتِهم" (1).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of obscenity and foul speech, for Allah Almighty does not love the one who is obscene and foul-mouthed. Beware of injustice, for it is the darkness of the Day of Resurrection. And beware of greed and miserliness, for it is what incited those before you, so that they shed blood, severed their ties of kinship, and made lawful what Allah had made sacred."

(1) حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد قوي من أجل محمد بن عجلان. أبو قلابة: هو عبد الملك بن محمد الرَّقاشي، وأبو عاصم: هو الضحاك بن مَخلَد، وابن بُكير: هو يحيى بن عبد الله بن بكير المصري.
Grading: (1) The hadith is "sahih", and this chain is "strong" on account of Muhammad bin 'Ajlan. Abu Qilabah: 'Abd al-Malik bin Muhammad al-Raqashi; Abu 'Asim: al-Dahhak bin Makhlad; Ibn Bukayr: Yahya bin Abd Allah bin Bukayr al-Misri.
وأخرجه أحمد 15/ (9570) عن يحيى بن سعيد القطان، وابن حبان (5177) و (6248) من طريق سفيان بن عيينة، كلاهما عن ابن عجلان، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ahmad 15/ (9570) narrated it from Yahya bin Sa'id al-Qattan, and Ibn Hibban (5177) and (6248) by way of Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah, both from Ibn 'Ajlan, with this same chain.
وأخرجه أحمد (9569) عن يحيى القطان، عن عبيد الله بن عمر العُمري، عن سعيد المقبري، به.
