أخبرني محمد بن المؤمَّل، حدثنا الفضل بن محمد الشَّعْراني، حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد النُّفَيلي، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد، حدثنا يزيد بن الهَادِ، عن محمد بن إبراهيم، عن أبي سلمة، قال: سألتُ عائشةَ عن صَدَاقِ النبي ﷺ، قالت: ثنتا عشرة أُوقِيّةً ونَشٌّ، فقلت: ما نَشٌّ؟ قالت: نصفُ أُوقِيّة (2). هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه. It is narrated from Abu Salamah that he said: I asked Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) about the dowry of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (that he fixed for his wives), and she said: "Twelve uqiyah and a nashsh." I asked: "What is a nashsh?" She said: "Half an uqiyah."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(2) إسناده قوي من أجل عبد العزيز بن محمد: وهو الدَّراوردي. محمد بن إبراهيم: هو التيمي. Grading: Its isnad is "qawi" (strong) because of 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Muhammad (al-Darawardi). Technical note / Defect ('illah): Muhammad bin Ibrahim refers to "Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Taymi". وأخرجه أبو داود (2105) عن عبد الله بن محمد النُّفَيلي، بهذا الإسناد. Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (2105) narrated it via 'Abdullah bin Muhammad al-Nufayli, with this same isnad. وأخرجه أحمد 41/ (24626)، ومسلم (1426)، وابن ماجه (1886)، والنسائي (5487) من طرق عن عبد العزيز بن محمد، به. وزادوا فيه: وذلك خمس مئة درهم. ¤ ¤ وسيأتي عند المصنف برقم (6928) من طريق مصعب بن عبد الله الزُّبَيري عن عبد العزيز بن محمد. Reference / Source: Ahmad (41/ 24626), Muslim (1426), Ibn Majah (1886) and al-Nasa'i (5487) narrated it through various routes from 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Muhammad. Details of the narration: These narrations also contain the addition: "And that (dowry) was five hundred dirhams". Note / Clarification: This narration will come again with the author (al-Hakim) at number (6928) through the route of Mus'ab bin 'Abdullah al-Zubayri from 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Muhammad.
