Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 2715

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: Which woman is best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best woman is the one who pleases (her husband) when he looks at her, obeys him when he commands her to do something, and does not act against his wishes concerning herself and her husband's wealth."
