النَّهْيُ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ وَعَنِ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ
The prohibition of selling spoils of war until they are divided, and of pregnant captives until they give birth

أخبرَناه أبو العباس محمد بن أحمد المحبُوبي، حدثنا سعيد بن مسعود، حدثنا عُبيد الله بن موسى، أخبرنا شَيبان، عن الأعمش، عن مجاهد، عن ابن عباس قال: نهى رسولُ الله ﷺ يومَ خيبر عن لحوم الحُمُر الأهليّة، وعن النساء الحَبَالى أن يُوطأنَ حتى يَضعْن ما في بُطونهن، وعن كُلّ ذي نابٍ من السِّباع، وعن بيع الخُمُس حتى يُقسَم (3).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on the day of Khaybar the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the meat of domestic donkeys, having intercourse with pregnant women before they deliver, every predatory animal with fangs, and selling the khums (the fifth share of the spoils) before it is distributed.

وقد تقدَّم من هذا الطريق نفسه برقم (2303)، لكن بلفظ: نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن كل ذي نابٍ من السِّباع، وعن قتل الوِلْدان، وعن شراء المغنم حتى يُقسَم.
Reference / Source: This narration has preceded by this same route at no. (2303), but there the wording is: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade every predator with fangs, the killing of children, and buying the spoils before they are distributed".
